Corrections, questions, suggestions

The fastest way to reach GMAT GRE Prep is email:[email protected]. It reaches the same desk that writes and checks the pages, not a support queue.

The desk: Devin Marsh, editorLast reviewed: July 2026

What to write about

  • Corrections. Found a wrong answer, a stale exam detail, or a typo? Send the page URL and what looks off. Corrections are the highest-priority mail we get, and they are read before anything else in the inbox.
  • Topic requests. Stuck on a question type the practice bank does not cover yet? Suggest it.
  • Study plan questions. Not sure whether the 8-week or 4-week plan fits your timeline? Ask, and include your diagnostic score and test date.

What to expect

This is a small operation with one inbox and no support desk, so there is no promised reply window here and no automated ticket. Corrections jump the queue and always get an answer, including the ones we end up disagreeing with. Everything else gets read, and gets a reply when it needs one. Quiet stretches happen, so a second email is fair game.

What email cannot do: one-on-one tutoring, essay review, or admissions consulting. None of that is offered here, free or paid. Questions about anything actually published on the site always get an answer, and the reasoning behind that line is on theeditorial standards page.
